Patient Care Office Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic team player who is capable of providing patients with an outstanding customer experience at every opportunity. Throughout the day you would be responsible for answering phone calls, presenting treatment plans, processing insurance and patient payments, as well as assisting our doctors. This position will require up to 36+ hours, including some evenings and Saturdays. Knowledge of Open Dental is a big plus.

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

We are looking for an energetic team player who is capable of providing patients with an outstanding customer experience at every opportunity. Throughout the day you would be responsible for performing duties including removing plaque from and polishing a patient's teeth during a routine checkup, screening patients, reviewing a patient's oral health history and teaching appropriate brushing and flossing techniques. They also use X-ray machines to take pictures of the teeth and develop the film for the dentist's analysis.

Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to lead an excellent dental team. The right candidate will have to be a self starter, able to communicate well and motivate staff. Be able to read practice performance reports, and have a proven record of achieving set goals, clear understanding of dental PPO's and insurance rules and exclusions, must possess strong leadership and team building skills. This position is at the front desk, optimizing schedules, checking patients in and out, creating treatment plans, presenting financial arrangements, coordinating insurance/financial reporting, overseeing patient management software, ensuring accurate records. Must have an exemplary customer service skills and sincere desire to help patients with their oral health. Billing Specialist

This position is responsible for issuing invoices to patients and keeping track of payments and amounts owed by patients from each of our office locations and working to ensure that accounts are paid on time and in full. Experience in billing, accounting and excellent organizational skills is preferred.

Dentist
